2. New Iso Therm refrigerator 120V & 12V operating (real refrigerator not a mini fridge or other 1/2 cost ones). This has a real freezer on a separate cooling system.

3. New Smart TV's in the main lobby and bedroom

4. After-cooler removal, pressure test and proper re-installation to avoid galvanic corrosion and leaks

5. New Raw water hoses for both motors, AC circulating pump and the generator
