Entering the cabin from the center door it is just down a couple of steps to the port side L-shaped galley with sink, two burner stove and under counter Norcold refrigerator. Across from the galley is a large for a 31' boat head with separate shower, Marine head, sink and storage. Fully forward is the V berth with convertible dinette, Large side lights all plenty of natural light, Teak and Holly sole and all wood surfaces ave been refinished, New head liner and lighting.

75 hours on Twin 454 Crusader engines that were totally rebuilt in 2018. Engines were completely disassembled and cleaned. Blocks were resurfaced, bored and honed .30 over. New crank and rod bearings, new cam bearings and freeze plugs, new pistons and rings. Cylinder heads were cleaned and resurfaced. Exhaust valves guides and seals were replaced. New stainless steel exhaust valves were installed. New timing sets, new cam shafts, all new gaskets for entire engines, new valve covers, all new head bolts, new dip stick tubes. Engines assembled to factory torque specifications.

Hull bottom was entirely soda blasted and barrier coated with 3 coats of Pettit Protect Barrier coat system.

Two coats of Pettit Hydrocoat Echo Bottom Paint.

Hull was compounded and waxed using the 3M system.

All new headliner in cabin with new cabin lights.

Entire cabin was sanded and stained.

New helm lighting.

New Fireboy Fume Detection system installed with two sensors. All new zincs.
